Professor Ali Javey has received the first ASPIRE Prize (APEC Science Prize for Innovation, Research and Education)!
Professor Ali Javey, EECS Department, has received the first ASPIRE Prize, presented to him by the U.S. Secretary of Energy, Steven Chu. This award is made in recognition of young scientists who have demonstrated a commitment to both excellence in scientific research, as evidenced by scholarly publication, and cooperation with scientists from other Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) member economies.
